California Classics
During 1997/98 considerable coverage was devoted to the 50th Anniversary of Porsche by all the quality classic motoring journals. Consequently, over the past six or seven years we have seen a progressive increase in demand for our cars – rust-free, yet affordable Porsche 911 / 912 from the 1960s through to the 1980s.
Only California cars can offer this rust-free, affordable combination. Additionally, because they are Porsches, our cars are also very much 'everyday, usable' vehicles that will not suffer the vicious depreciation of modern cars of a similar initial value.

Consider these factors. Alongside the low insurance premiums associated with restricted mileage 'classic' policies; in many cases 'historic vehicle' (free Road Fund Licence) taxation class, and the renowned reliability / low maintenance costs of Porsche ownership, and add to this the fact that the driving characteristics of even the earliest 911 / 912 are still akin to that of the later versions of the marque, and you have to agree that it is little wonder that the now world-wide recognition of the build quality of this fantastic car has resulted in such huge demand.
